A Unexpected Win and a Scratch Off

Kathy at Shawkl (Kathy's blog) didn't hear from the winner of her wonderful giveaway.  I and 2 other ladies offered to take her place........grin.  One lady won the orignal giveaway, and we won the consolation prizes.  I guess it doesn't hurt to offer.
