2014 Quilter's Choice QAL

Block 7
of the

Little Bunny Quilts
~~~~~~~~~~
A really thick, older, yucky, dangerous, nasty copperhead lives in there.  This bush is about 10 feet tall and as wide.
Shelley gave me two rose bushes for Mother's Day.
Mick's tomatoes.  He also has jalapeno peppers, but the photos didn't work out.  Maybe next time.
Billie I'm lovin' your block -- and sweet pictures of your garden and veggies. Not so sure I'm good with a Copperhead living in the bush -- but as long as you both have an agreement ;) Your cat Elly -- I used to have one named Hobbs that looked just the same -- sweet memories. Thank you !
Tomatoes already? I just bought plants today! And I would not be happy with a copperhead in my bushes! :)
I just got the willies!! Is there any way to capture and kill the snake? I would be so afraid it would harm someone or something in my yard!!! Eeek...what if it slithers somewhere else in the yard??
Your block looks awesome! I just finished a few of those ;) I just love how versatile these blocks are! Change up a couple of fabric placements and it takes the eye in an entirely different direction!
I like your beautiful block Billie and wonderful gardens!
The idea of a copperhead in your yard... not - so much.
You are far braver than I. (grin)
Hi Billie your block looks wonderful, great contrast you can see the design so easy. Not sure about the snake, I looked it up and it does not sound like the one you want to have as a garden companion?????? LOL Cheers Glenda
Lovely block, Billie. Such precision! Your garden does look so inviting.... Except for the copperhead. Stay out of the bushes!
Oh my! That rose bush is beautiful, but like so many beautiful things in this world, you really have to look out for the ugly that is hiding within or behind it! I hope you and your family stay safe from that snake!
I love the fabric of that block - perfect as usual too. Stay away from that snake!
Wow look at all those tomatoes. Impressive. Maybe I need to swing by for some but I'll avoid the bush. I DO NOT like snakes. I'd be having my husband out there with a gun quick.
Love the quilt block
