Birds in the Air
Today was a great day! We went to Round Rock and ate Puffy Tacos at Tio Dan's with my Dear Brothers, Sister-in-Law, and Big Mick. We ate and laughed forever! What a blast. I'm sure they were happy when we left....LOL. I'm thinking only my brothers and I enjoyed the stupid humor. We are so weird.
Full and content, I decided to sew this block. Since cardinals are my favorite birds, I made the block in red. Off to clean up the mess that paper piecing makes. Hope everyone had a day as good as mine.

This block is stunning! I can picture a whole quilt of them being a show-stopper. Lovely work!
Thanks Barbara! Not sure I could make too many of these...grin. Even though it wasn't too using paper piecing, it still was a little small to sew.
