Hexie Weekend

No fabric goodies from me.  Two granddaughters, a cousin, and "I" were celebrating Birthdays over the USA this week.

Gracie turned 15, Isla 16......the young ones.  I turned 68 and my Sandra Ann turned 74.  Sandra and I were both born on the 13th 6 years apart.  Grace on the 10 and Isla on the 11th.

Not sure where the years have gone.  I was 16 when I met Mick and we were both a mess.  Somehow we made it through the years alive and find ourselves doing pretty good now.  It definitely been a wild ride.  This one is for you Big Mick.

Always!

Happy Birthday to everyone!

Everyone is a mess at 16. I think the trick to life is to just keep putting one foot in front of the other and having fun where you can.

Happy Birthday, Billie!! You are right...where does the time go? It goes slowly when we are young and anxious to grow up, and then we grow up and it flies by too fast! And that's just life, I guess!

Happy Belated Birthday to YOU!! And everyone else, too. What fun to celebrate all together. I was just thinking the other day about how I managed to muddle through all these years! We all did good, Billie!
