More Blocks from The Sampler Society Yahoo Group

I finally got a couple of more blocks finished.  I'm wayyyy behind because surprise surpirse, I have too many irons in the fire.....grin.  That's me always wanting to sew too much, eat too much, and whatever too much, but isn't it fun!!

Many of the blocks used for this sampler are from http://quilterscache.com/ .  If you haven't already found Marcia Hohn's website go check it out and have a great time!

Last Block.......Please Don't Call the Quilting Police!

This is my last block of the Jelly Roll Sampler.  Yes, I did it wrong, but will call this my creative license....grin.  The solid red and black blocks should be switched.  It would be prettier, but I counting this block finished.

Does this make me a Farmer's Wife???

I'm sooooo excited.  I just completed my first block in The Farmers Wife Book.  I also joined the blog and the yahoo group.  If you want to come and play, click on the The Farmers Wife button on the right side of my page.  This fabric is Moda's Wiscasset and I'm loving it!

Psalm 103....My personal favorite.

Psalm 103

1: Praise the LORD, O my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name. 2: Praise the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits 3: who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, 4: who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion, 5: who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's. 6: The LORD works righteousness
and justice for all the oppressed.

Simple Radiant Block 3 and 3 Radiant grandkids.

Simple Radiant Block 3
Carol Doak's BOM

I can't believe I sewed this block with 3 of my 4 grandkids running around my sewing room...LOL.  They were taking turns looking for pins on the floor with my pointy magnet.  Gracie and Beth found them all, but Sweet Dakota had not had a turn.  I secretly (I thought) dropped a few more on the floor for him.  He picked them up with the magnet and said, "Grandma aren't you going to drop some more for me?"  Too funny.  Isla, my oldest granddaughter, will maybe be here to join in tomorrow.
