I finished the last flower and some more leaves, but I'm not sure this will fit together correctly. The outer border isn't get longer, but the center is getting smaller.

Think it will work. It would be more of a problem if the center got bigger and the border stayed the same. Nice work as always!

Hmmm, a narrow inner border could be your answer, if needed, but I have a hunch it will go together great.

This one is so pretty, Billie - have you tried assembling yet? Yeah, the whole narrow insert border concept has really grown on my during my Dear Jane journey - I'm convinced that's exactly what she did on several of those blocks!
