This was my first needle turn applique from a long time ago. Poor thing. It's still waiting on it's borders. (I don't think I've posted a picture of this before.)
Nothing new at my house.....sorry guys and gals
Miss Elly taking her nappy nap.
Don't miss stopping by Angie's today. She's giving away a fantastic book!

Never tried needle turn ; ) yours is lovely
I love it that the quilt is awaiting borders. I have some of those in my sewing room. But..........this week, I put the binding on a large quilt and FINISHED it last night. And I made a small tabletopper from Jacquelynne's fabrics this week and FINISHED it. Can you believe it? Then last night just before going to bed, I sewed the binding on a lap quilt that I'll take along to handstitch while visiting my mom next week. I was so excited with all this FINISHING that I could hardly sleep last night. LOL!
That is a beautiful top, Billie. Is it a Pat Sloan design? It reminds me of her style. I think it looks great without borders - the blue triangles seem to set it off to me. Why not just quilt and bind it now. Thanks for linking up with Applique Thursday.
Now tell me, but first I love the quilt, grin, just how many 'waiting for the borders' quilts do you have hid about the house??? Inquiring minds want to know, grin, guess who?????????
Awwww - that's beautiful!
