Big Mickie's Catfish and veggies.
The only fish I eat and enjoy is Long John Silvers.
Sometimes Mick cooks me catfish in the George Foreman, and I do eat 1/2 of my fillet so I don't starve to death....giggle....no chance of that actually happening.
Tonight he added some extra seasoning and it was fantastic!!

I did save him just a little sliver becaue he just kept staring at my plate like a sad little puppy.

Oh we had cat fish cookouts when I was a kid - at our family reunions at camp. We'd fish all day and eat all night.

So he cooks for you but doesn't get to eat it? That is a real man! I believe we are soul sisters......I love Long John Silvers. So did my dad. Sometimes I eat there just because he loved going there. :-)
My husband and kids love catfish. Sadly, we can no longer find it where we live and fishing in the pouring rain isn't very fun! Glad Big Mick is such a great guy!
Looks yummy - I like any peppered entree.
